Reflect 720 is a coaching tool that uses a Multi-Perspectives (MP) approach to individual assessment. This approach includes input from both the employee and their coworkers, as well as a variety of unique item types, to provide more detailed and useful information than any other assessments on the market.
Reflect 720 - Personality is not your traditional personality report. Gone are the days of long assessments, questionable results, and items that don't have anything to do with a person's job.
