How it works
Lead 720 blends insights from both the leader and their direct reports. By combining self-reflection with team feedback, it highlights where intentions align—or differ—from impact, giving coaches a clear path to meaningful conversations and growth.

Quick & Easy
How it Works
- Sign Up Below – Enter your contact information and within 24 hours, we’ll send you a unique user ID, survey links, and simple instructions for sending them out.
- Send the Links – Each leader completes a short self-rating survey, and their direct reports (at least 4–6, more if you like) complete a quick feedback survey.
- Data Collection – As responses come in, we track the data for you and keep you updated along the way. This usually takes at least 2 business days.
- Receive the Report – Once enough data is collected, you’ll get a full leadership report for free.
- Review Results with Your Client – Use the report in your coaching session to spark discussion, uncover blind spots, and identify actionable next steps.
- Share Your Feedback with Us – Afterward, we’ll send a short survey or invite you to a quick Zoom call to hear your experiences and suggestions.
