Collecting data and generating reports is a simple process that can usually be completed within the same work week. Once you have placed your order, we will send you UserIDs that are good for 12 months and that you can use for multiple years with the same employee.
The biggest challenge can getting others to complete the surveys in a timely manner. However, we can help. Not only do we keep the assessments short (10 minutes or less), we can provide sample communications for sending out surveys and reminders, which you can then customize to your own audience and needs.

We have presented research using a Multi-Perspectives approach at numerous academic conferences, including the Society of Consulting Psychology and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. We are also finalizing articles on multiple topics, including the value of the Strength and Developmental Needs checkboxes in our Reflect 720 assessments and of using a Multi-Perspective approach to assess cognitive ability.
